Asper
Sergeant Jim Asper has been a law enforcement officer
in the southern California area for over twenty-five years.
From fieldwork to management positions, Sergeant Asper's
experience in this vital area of community service have
allowed him to practice leadership in some of life's most
critical situations. In addition, Sergeant Asper has been
involved with local public school systems, including teaching,
coaching and mentoring high school students.
Sergeant Asper completed his undergraduate work in psychology
at the University of Southern California. He also received
a Master's Degree in Management from the University of
Redlands. He lives in Southern California with his wife
and two children.
